An increased minimum wage would benefit breadwinners, including more than 70% of government contract employees and 17 million total workers by 2016 according to the economic study.

One of the most interesting things about fog - and really clouds in general - is the way it can create two completely different experiences depending on where you are (take an airplane when it’s overcast sometime if you don’t believe me).  At the base of the Gateway Arch this probably seemed like a gloomy day!  (Photo found here.)
